For the utmost freshness and quality, all Attilus caviar and sturgeon products are dispatched on an overnight delivery service with gel ice packs and thermo-insulated packaging keeping items perfectly chilled for up to 24 hours.

Caviar Delivery Destinations

We deliver principally to addresses in Germany and mainland Europe.

For deliveries of our products to addresses in @country_list_all (except islands), we have 3 delivery options (VAT included):

Delivery Terms

Dispatch usually takes place either the day you place your order (depending on the time of day your order is placed (i.e. before 11am) or the day before your nominated delivery date. This process is entirely dependent on your nominated delivery date. While we usually dispatch your goods to your exact requirements, there may be occasions that we have to place your order in a queue, where it may take us up to 2 additional days to process your order. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or email to discuss a revised delivery date with you to minimize any disruption this may cause.

Please note, because of the nature of the produce it is important the package to arrive at your site latest 48 hours after being dispatched. Normally, it happens within 24 hours. This is the reason why we dispatch from Monday to Thursday only. We do not dispatch during weekends or official public holidays and the dates following these holidays. But there are exceptions: In case you really want a delivery during the weekend or on a public holiday, you have to consider reasonable surcharges the courier service claims. In this case we kindly ask you to contact us directly by telephone or email to find an acceptable solution.

If you are not home to receive your order, please leave a signed note to tell the courier where he/she can place or deliver the order close to your house. You are responsible for the delivery after that.

If your order has not arrived within its allotted timeframe, please check with the delivery company using your tracking number, or contact us as soon as possible.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Refunds

Naturally we want you to be delighted with your purchases from Attilus, so we recommend putting them in the fridge straight away to keep them in perfect condition.

Unopened, our caviar normally has 2-4 months shelf life. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 2-3 days. For best before dates on sturgeon products, please see individual packaging.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then please do get in touch so we can make suitable arrangements for an exchange, return and refund.

Normally we don’t offer a refund as we cannot be sure how the caviar has been kept and we don’t resell a product to another customer once it has been sent out and returned. Under special circumstances however, we will offer a part or full refund.
